"Ring in the Red" by China Glaze

This is a red jelly glitter polish from the "Santa's Little Helpers" collection by China Glaze & it's called " Ring in the Red".  I really like this polish but, I do tend to be a little harsh on my ratings... having said that, I feel this polish could use a nice red underneath. 

I applied Seche Vite base & top coat as usual. It took 3 coats to accomplish this opacity. It is still very pretty but, almost everything has room for improvement. :o)

OPI - It's My Year

This is "It's My Year" by OPI. It is a shimmery light purple with gold micro glitter from the "Miss Universe Collection" in 2011. In these images I am wearing Seche Vite base & top coats along with 2 coats of "It's My Year".  It applied very nicely. I know this is a wonderful polish & most of you will like it but, I think it needs something more... to be better than it is. Maybe if I used it over a nice red or black... or even purple. I'll have to try that out some day.

Hard Candy - Fabuluxe

This color is called "Fabuluxe" by Hard Candy. It is a pink glitter that applies opaque in 1 to 2 coats.  I like this color a lot but, should explore more options by placing it over other colors.  I would give this polish a 7 because it does chip quickly as most glitter polishes.
