Black Tie Optional French Manicure

This is my very first attempt at a french manicure... It was alright... I expected better but, practice makes perfect. I used "Marshmallow" by Essie which is a translucent white color. I then decided to spice it up with some black and white glitter called "Black Tie Optional" made by Hard Candy.

This is how it turned out.

Thanks for looking. If there is anything you'd like to see up please don't hesitate to comment & tell me about it in the comments below.

Leading Lady over Merry Berry

This is a deep red jelly base with tiny red glitter throughout. It is called "Leading Lady" by Essie. I applied two coats over two coats of "Merry Berry" by China Glaze. I then topped it off with one single coat of Seche Vite's Fast Dry Top Coat.

Another Summer Gradient Sponging

This is the look I am sporting today! It's another summer gradient sponging. In this look I first applied a base coat CND & then applied Sinful Colors "Neon Melon" after letting that dry I applied a sponge effect of "Starboard" by China Glaze, "Aruba Blue" by Essie & last but, not least, "Flying Dragon" (neon) by China Glaze. After that I applies Seche Vite's Fast Dry Top Coat.

Let me know what you think & if there is anything you'd like to see up Please don't hesitate to ask.

Valentine's Day Animal Print Recreation

I was inspired to recreate this nail design I originally found on Nails in Nippon. This is my first time using the Sponge method & I am still improving on Konad Stamping. She only used polish for the first coat, then she used Acrylic Paint which I do not have. She also did her tiger stripes freehand which, I also have never tried therefore I am not so sure I would be good at it yet.

I used 2 coats of Catrice White polish, next I sponged Essie's French Affair over the white, then proceeded to sponge a Red polish (I used NYC's 131A). After that I used Milani's 584 RED Glitter over the tip area. Once it was dry I used Konad Stamping to create the animal stripes & topped it off with Seche Vite top coat.

Again this is my first time doing anything of this nature, so please be kind. It's a work in progress.
