Blaze by Zoya from the Ornate Collection

This is a holographic polish in a nice cool toned maroon / plum red color. It is called "Blaze" by Zoya and is from the 2012 Ornate Holiday Collection. It is a very stunning polish and my images do NOT do justice.  It was applied in two simple coats without any fuss. I then applied one coat of Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat. This polish did not chip during wear time. If you have any questions please feel free to comment below.

Boys 'N' Berries over Creative Fantasy

In this look I started out with 3 coats of "Creative Fantasy" by China Glaze which is a grape purple satin jelly polish. I then applied"Boys 'N' Berries" by Nina Ultra Pro which is a magenta glitter polish. I applied a small amount on the end of the tip and brushed what was still wet towards the cuticle creating a gradient effect and finally sealed it with a gloss finish using Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat.

Color Club's Berry and Bright

This is a nice metallic Christmas red color called "Berry And Bright" by Color Club from the 2012 Winter Affair Collection. It was applied it ONE easy coat! Crazy I know.... While I was painting my nails I noticed a smell... which was quite nice but, I was wondering where it was coming from. I realized that it was coming from my nails as they dried. It smelt like berries! :o) Funny cause I had no idea when I bought the polish that it did that.

Oxidized Aqua over Bluey / Winter Ice Princess Look

In this look I applied 3 coats of "Bluey" by Butter London & topped it off with one coat of "Oxidized Aqua" by China Glaze which is a crackle. It created a nice Winter look. Kinda makes me think of an Ice Princess...

Fly by OPI with Mermaid's Tale

This is a beautiful teal color polish called "Fly" by OPI. It was easy applied with 2 coats. A few days later I sponged some "Mermaid's Tale" by Julie G over the tip/ends of the nails to give it a nice affect. Next I will be doing some Halloween looks because it is coming very soon. I still haven't got my hands on the new collection Color Club came out with called "Halo Hues". I'm waiting on my Rite Aid but, I did get the China Glaze "Wicked" Collection recently.

Butterflies and Rosebuds by Julie G

Today I am wearing a shimmery maroon color polish named "Butterflies & Rosebuds" by Julie G. The application was with the greatest of ease. I could have gone with just ONE coat but, as all my readers already know... I am a two coat girl. I topped it off with Seche Vite's Fast Dry Top Coat.

I know this is kind of off subject but, I have been thinking about taking a Nail Tech college course to get my license but, it will cost me $5k out of pocket. So, I am unsure if its the right decision because I obviously will have to acquire clientele which may not be so easy competing with the other nail salons out here.

Let me know what you think on both topics of course.

Another Summer Gradient Sponging

This is the look I am sporting today! It's another summer gradient sponging. In this look I first applied a base coat CND & then applied Sinful Colors "Neon Melon" after letting that dry I applied a sponge effect of "Starboard" by China Glaze, "Aruba Blue" by Essie & last but, not least, "Flying Dragon" (neon) by China Glaze. After that I applies Seche Vite's Fast Dry Top Coat.

Let me know what you think & if there is anything you'd like to see up Please don't hesitate to ask.
