Hey Sailor Boy by Icing

Today I chose to wear this gorgeous navy blue jelly polish with glitter in it. It is comparable to Deborah Lippmann's "Across the Universe". It is called "Hey Sailor Boy" by Icing. I applied two coats with a top coat of Seche Vite. After a few days I decided I wanted to see what it would look like mattified, so I used Butter London's "Matte Finish". I don't think it looks too shabby as a person who likes mattified polish as well.

Last Friday Night Meets Royal Navy

I think this polish is very fitting for today since it is Saturday. I applied one coat of "Last Friday Night" by OPI on top of "Royal Navy" by ORLY. Last Friday Night is a small teal, silver and, gold glitter polish; with what appears to be a cornflower blue jelly base. I then added one coat of Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat over the top. Remember when applying a glitter polish, if you want it to appear shiny as it does in the bottle; you must apply a top coat. If you're going for a matte glitter look that's okay too; you would then use a matte top coat.

Santorum by Man Glaze

This polish is a matte shimmer brown called "Santorum" which is made by "Man Glaze". When you apply a top coat it is no longer a matte and you can then see all the shimmer it truly has. I know some of you are not used to the matte polishes yet but, I <3 them! Lemme know what you think!

Matte is Murder by ManGlaze

This is a matte black nail polish that goes on very easily. It's called "Matte is Murder" and is made by "ManGlaze". All of ManGlaze polish is matte. I have three so far but, will most likely be getting a few more.  For those of you who are not used to matte yet, you may not like this but, I simply adore it. Sorry, I forgot to snap pictures of this color covered in a top coat which makes it glossy / shiny instead of matte. When I wear this again, I will try and remember to update this post.

Lesbi-Honest by Man Glaze

This polish is made by "Man Glaze" & is an awesome matte pink  called "Lesbi-Honest" and when you gloss over you get to see it's shimmer! Some may prefer the gloss look over the matte but, in this case I say matte all the way! No matter which you decide, it is a fascinating color. 
I'd like to say this was a one coater BUT, either way I always apply two at minimum. Please, let me know what you think in the comments below. I'd love to hear what you think.

ManGlaze Nail Polish

ManGlaze is a company that makes matte polish in various colors.  I fell in luv with them & had to get my hands of a few... For Now....LOL 
I purchased them thru Amazon.com & chose the colors called "Lesbi-Honest", "Santorum" &, "Matte is Murder".

Matte-ly In Love over Twisted

So, I thought of a great idea... making "Twisted" by Finger Paints matte. So I took the only matte polish I own which is "Matte-ly In Love" by Hard Candy & put it over top of "Twisted". I think it looks great! My opinion possibly even better than Twisted by itself. You be the judge!
