This is a frosty metallic blue color by Sally Hansen called "Freeze". It was easily applied in 2 coats. I then decided to make it interesting by adding "Liquid Crystal" by China Glaze onto the ring fingers. I then topped them off with Seche Vite's Fast Dry Top Coat.
